With internally managed URI we mean entrytype local and resourectype named. Note that this issue does not refer to entrys that have a resourcetype of information resource (uploaded files) as that would involve loosing information (the file) during the conversion.

The switch should be realized by allowing updating the entryinformation like:

1. Set the new (non-internal) resource URI

2. Change the entrytype to link

Changing the resourcetype to informationresource during this process should also be allowed. (But again, the change should not be allowed if the resourcetype is informationresource from the beginning. Such a change may be allowed in the future, but is is not the scope of this issue.)
